DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I have been moved onto 4 servers in the space of 2.5 months as they keep crashing – and losing my data. Not to mention considerable downtime. The support is all provided by foreign countries with broken English and they continually fail to fix the problems, blaming you instead.
I have just left the company after I couldn’t take any more. My 3rd RAID server had the whole drive array fail (apparently) and I lost everything including lots more downtime. Part of the package I paid for was a NAS backup… when I queried them about restoring the data, they said it wasn’t included, despite their web page disagreeing with them.
Try to get a refund afterwards? Forget it.
This company is a joke! AVOID!
